Marvellous May
Hasn’t the sunshine been glorious over the last week or so? A welcome reprieve from the long, cold Winter we have had. And all the trees and flowers are bursting into life! How does that make you feel? Full of joy and energy? Or is your nose running like a tap and you keep sneezing due to hayfever?
Homeopathy can be a welcome solution to hayfever symptoms and I have seen several people whose lives have been turned around by those remedies. There are remedies to help with symptoms now and a winter programme to desensitise yourself for next year.
Spring time with tree pollen and Grass pollen in summer,
my symptoms have been greatly reduced to one or two days of slight discomfort following prescribed courses of targeted treatment. I would recommend this course of treatment to anybody.”
I offer a FREE 30 minute call during which you can ask any questions you might have and decide whether homeopathy might work for you. You can book a call here.

Exam Stress
Although the sun may be shining, this time is stressful for many. It’s SATS week for Year 6 children and GCSE’s started this week. University and College exams are going on too. Lots of people are worrying about how they will cope and so are their families.
Homeopathic remedies and flower essences are ideal at times like this as they can help to ease tension and anxiety, as well as addressing any physical symptoms that can arise through stress.
I have experience of treating teenagers for stress which has shown in a number of ways, from vomiting before school every morning, to insomnia to feelings of just not being able to cope.
If you know someone who might like to try homeopathy for exam stress, please email me. I’d be happy to help. Homeopathic remedies and flower essences are non-toxic, will not make you drowsy and can be taken alongside other medication.
Help the Bees!
The almost complete ban on neonicotinoids passed a couple of weeks ago is a welcome new piece of legislation for bees in Europe. It has now been recognised that these pesticides do cause harm to bees and the law is now in place to help protect them.
Neal’s Yard’s Bee Lovely range is just gorgeous! Containing shea butter, bees wax and orange oil, the scent is delicious! There is a hand wash, body lotion and lip balm too. And for every Bee Lovely All Over Balm that is sold (RRP £27), 3% of the sale price goes to a bee friendly charity in Ghana.
Bees for Development has introduced bee colonies into cashew orchards to boost harvests after low yields were found to be a result of poor pollination.
Last year Neal’s Yard donated £9,000 to the project and are aiming for £26,000 this year to support 100 farmers to each install 10 hives. So do your bit for the environment while you pamper yourself with lovely organic products!
