We collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 as part of a consultation.  That data is kept for 7 years after the child has reached the age of 18.  Therefore, data is kept until the child reaches the age of 25.  This is in accordance with the Code of Ethics issued by the Alliance of Homeopaths and also by Balens (http://www.balens.co.uk/media/24509/record_keeping.pdf) , the insurance company that provides cover for Caroline Masters Homeopathy.
