In some circumstances, records may need to be kept for longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

I use Timely as my secure online appointment booking and practice management system. Timely processes personal information on my behalf solely for the purposes of managing appointments, maintaining clinical records and supporting the day-to-day running of my practice. Timely is committed to complying with applicable data protection legislation and employs appropriate security measures to protect your information.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to help safeguard your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Whilst every effort is made to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Everything you discuss with me during a consultation is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
